All organic fruits and berries are sold at the local farmers’ markets and from a stand on the farm.  What is not sold on market day is processed into organic jam that evening.

We make a wide range of jellies and jams.

Note:  All jams are made with organic ingredients as we can grow and source. We use Pomona's Universal Pectin.

No Sugar = only fruit and pectin
Low Sugar = fruit, pectin, and 1/4 to 1/3 less sugar
Premium = fruit, pectin, and all the organic sugar called for in the recipe
